BUTTERFLY VALVES

In butterfly valves, flow is controlled by a rotating disc. These valves stand out for their compact design and, especially in larger sizes, for their lighter weight compared to other solutions. Quarter-turn butterfly valves are also quick-acting. These valves are available with various sealing options, depending on the application requirements.

Our selection includes both rubber-lined and metal-seated butterfly valves. Rubber-lined butterfly valves offer excellent corrosion resistance, and the vulcanized rubber lining allows them to withstand even vacuum conditions. They are lightweight and provide minimal pressure loss due to their compact design. Metal-seated butterfly valves, on the other hand, utilize a triple-offset design to ensure exceptional sealing and non-binding operation in demanding environments, such as in the pulp and paper industry.

The available materials cover a wide range, including cast iron, cast steel, gunmetal, aluminum bronze, stainless steel, and specialty materials as needed. Models are available in wafer, lug, and flange types, as well as a mono-flange version. Technical specifications are versatile: size range extends from DN 40 to DN 2000, pressure range from PN 10 to PN 50, and compliance with ANSI standards up to Class 150–300. The temperature range is also extensive, from -173 °C to +800 °C, ensuring suitability for even the most challenging conditions.
